The way I look at some Pokémon, they look like they couldn't be a Female. However, Pokémon like Vulpix and Lioone, I cannot really picture being a Male, either. It depends really on how burly, or soft they look. Yet Absol is an exception. I prefer Males. Technically speaking, I do not know 100% if these movesets I am picking out for you would work to be superb. It all depends on the player's strategy. For example, you could have a well-balanced moveset like Psychic, Confuse Ray, Water Pulse, and Light Screen, but even if you would depend on my advice; I know not of your current situation.
