I have decided to close Pokémon Gamer’s Blog. I doubt anyone really care about this. But regardless of that, I have closed it because it had seemed dead. I would not want it to be deader now. I’ve tried many things but it’s as if I simply cannot grasp what I was looking for. I do not think it will bother anyone, but I decided to close all comments from being written. Since all I normally get is hits anyway, viewers can just view the content. There was so much more I wanted to do for this site, but the lack of posters discouraged me. For though I have many hits, they are rubbish because the people viewing would not post!

I started this blog, weblog, whatever. I started it though so I could be more experienced. And well…my struggle succeeded. I have learned how to easily navigate WordPress, and I have also learned how online people are, it was something I needed to do. Plus being online in general and writing articles…it helped me technically. It helped me know how to write and spell so many words that I had not known how to do before. But honestly, I have no regrets closing it. If you still need to contact me for this matter, then E-mail me at pokemastermj@aol.com.

What would you like to see?

My apologies for not updating Pokémon Gamer’s Blog eailer, but lately I haven’t thought of anything. I haven’t been playing Pokémon so technially I’ve run out of ideas. So I hate having to ask you for suggestions, but What would you like to see here?

For one–if it’s content, that would be slightly more difficult then writing articles. And unfortunately, I cannot except any offers for the ‘Official Art’ section either. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem but I can not find any content of Official Art anywhere! All this time I’ve been searching yet nothing in the same genre of the Official Art already uploaded. Plus I was thinking of making them into Galleries but unfortunately, our art we have is copywritten.

So I decided to find different Official Art of the same type, though nothing came up. Not Google- not AOL- not anything in particular. I’ve tried simply everything but all my e-mails I’ve sent to others have not quite gotten through. And as I could imagine, probably none of my Affiliate’s could find the time to search either. So obviously, Official Art will take a extravagantly long time. So as I said ^, Official Art is out of the question…

Now, about ‘What would you like to see’. Pretty much anything really. Posts, Pages, Reviews, et cetera. I’ll have you know I cannot do anything extreme, though I am sure I could get myself to manage. The Pokémon Emerald Pokédex was delayed and if you would suggest that, then I could manage. After all, there isn’t that much to go. But pretty much: suggest anything your heart desires, so long as it isn’t 4 different projects at once. ‘Kay? If it would help you nay better, I’ll put a poll up under a few categories. You’ll see.

Time for another poll. This one is simplistic and fun! And really says allot about you. Ignoring the “Downtime” post entry–I said it was only temporary.

Assuming you pick ‘Genderless’ would probably mean you raise Legendary Pokémon–or Pokémon like Solrock and Lunatone. But really, that decision is yours.

I will need some time for future references, so I decided to take some time off for myself. So there will not be a new updated post for awhile. I hope to at least write a few more Articles and Posts pertaining to Pokémon and other related facts, such as Pokéspecials, Gym Leader Reviews (remade and remasted), Site Updates, and any other miscellaneous updates or objectives I hope to accomplish. I just wanted to inform my viewers. Also, stranger posts will still be held under moderation: I will do my best to moderate these posts as soon as possible. That would be all.

Plain as day; what is your favorite Pokémon?

You know…I should have posted something like this awhile ago. But at least I am about to post it now. Yes, your favorite Pokémon out of many, which one is yours? Out of all 450+ Pokémon, which is your absolute favorite? And by favorite I do not mean by favorite powerful Pokémon. No. I mean by favorite over-all Pokémon!

Remade & Remasted: Poll #1

Pokéspecial: Super Mario Galaxy

Yes, the first one I had so far. There are going to be much more of these so I might as well fill you in with the details. ‘Pokéspecial’s’ are Articles describing a game out of the category of Pokémon. So in other words, any miscellaneous games could be posted. You’ll just have to look for them.

People may also request some “Pokéspecial’s”, you can either send the Article you have planned out in an e-mail to me, or you can look at this page if you are interested in some other terms of writing. Be sure you overlook the rules.

Well that’s it, now, it’s time to begin on to Super Mario Galaxy!

(There are some mild spoilers in this Article, generally Mario games have not much to be spoiled of, but just incase, spoilers.)

Super Mario Galaxy is a fun 3D action game. With the Wii Nunchuk and Wii-Remote you control where Mario goes to collect Stars. This game is pretty much Super Mario 64© but has better Graphics, Plot, Capabilities, and much, much more. I believe there is the maximum amount of 220 Stars you can collect. If you do get all of them and win the game, something special happens. But I’ll explain that later into the Article.

When you first start Super Mario Galaxy, Mario is living in peace with Peach at the Castle. But one day, an invasion sent by Bowser captured Princess Peach, and Bowser threatened Mario saying that he was going to rule the Galaxy–no…the entire cosmos! Mario sets off to chase after him but ends up on a strange planet. A planet where Mario first meets a Luma.

The picture you see above this is indeed a Luma, but not just any ordinary Luma, this one follows you around and aids Mario on his journey. Like for an instance, the ‘Spin Swirl’ move. With the help of this little Luma, he helps you spin Mario around, one of THEE most important way to defeat enemies’ in the game. And, with his help you can take the Wii-Remote and use it’s cursor to collect Star Bit’s. Star Bit’s are a little help to you, but you will want to collect many. Star Bit’s are favored by Luma’s everywhere. It is their most favorite food because they taste like honey. You will find Star Bit’s in tiny crystals, gained after defeating enemies’, shooting out of the sky, and even find them floating in the air far away. Star Bit’s can be shot by Mario to temporally stun enemies’, or you can trade them in to Hungry Luma’s (which you will encounter in the later game) and if you feed them enough, they will open a new Galaxy where Mario can then finally get another Star!

There are many other different colored Luma’s as there are different colored Power Star’s (click to enlarge below):

They all represent their own Star’s, except for the Blue one. Those Star’s they represent are the Secret Star’s, Red Star’s and finally the Shadow Star. Your Galaxy’s are filled with all sorts of creatures, but especially, Luma’s.

In Super Mario Galaxy, there are 4 different kinds of Stars; Normal Stars, Secret Stars, Red Stars, and Comet Stars.

Normal Stars are normal Yellow Stars you find normally in every different Galaxy.

Secret Stars are Green colored stars that are somewhat difficult to find. They are usually hidden in some Galaxy’s that you’ve already been to before. But you can tell because after you think you’ve completed the Galaxy and obtained all of it’s stars, you’re wrong. Because afterwards, there should be a Star Marker with a shaded out Star with a question mark on it.

Red Stars, or, “Star” I might add, can only be found in a Secret area outside of the normal galaxy’s. Red Star’s don’t always add up to the total Star’s you already have, instead, they give you the ability to float or fly!

Comet Star’s are special Star’s that can only be manipulated into coming if you feed a “Comet Luma” Star Bit’s you come across. There are several Comet Star’s that come, those ones are Daredevil comets, Quickspeed comets, Fast Foe comets, and last but not least, the Purple comet. The meanings to these comets, well, you’ll have to play it and find out yourself.

There is the maximum amount of 220 Stars you can collect. If you do get all of them and win the game, something special happens. What you ask? Well it’s quite simple. After finally completing the game and collecting all 220 Star’s, Luigi is playable in Super Mario Galaxy! He’s faster, he leaps much wider and longer, and he skids when he stops. But I’ll let you know, Luigi can get a total of 221 Star’s! The last one is in an hidden location that only our man in green, Luigi can reach! Plus, once you do complete it, you get a special message sent to your Wii Message Boards! Congratulating you for all of your hard efforts! Isn’t that something?

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorer’s of Time/Darkness; Chapter II: Spoink’s Pearl

Yes yes, I’ve been playing Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorer’s of Time/Darkness again, except I restarted my game for my Chronicle’s. Except this time before I get anywhere, if you remember in the previous Chronicle: ‘Chapter I: The Beginning‘ I made the Hero and the Hero’s partner be Torchic and Totodile. Well this well not stand. As for people will get confused and wonder, “Are those Pokémon the only playable’s?” and that will completely contradict everything these Chronicle’s stand for. What is the reason it stands for you ask? It’s purpose is to interest people into getting this game and enjoy it more.

These Chronicle’s are to supply information to people who are eager, if not interested in this game. So bottom line: We will use the names ‘Hero’ or ‘Partner’ when necessary. Just letting you know. Now, on to the real thing!

Note: Before we get started, I want you to know that if something is being told in the story, rather then Pokémon conversing, it will be placed in

Italic’s.

Our young Hero and it’s Partner woke up on an early morning, except their waking up wasn’t exactly…peaceful. In fact, it was bothered by a rather loud, rude Pokémon named “Loudred”. That is well enough why it has the name.

“UP AND AT ‘EM! C’MON I AIN’T GOT ALL DAY!” Loudred yelled very, loudly. Our Young Hero and its Partner were dizzy and their heads, obviously pounding of how loud Loudred was. They have never heard something so loud…obviously.
“(Such…a…loud voice.)” the Hero thought.
“If you’re late for our morning briefing, you’ll be SORRY! So MOVE IT!”
“Uhhn..oh. (!) H-hey! We’re late! We totally over slept!” the Hero’s partner thought.
“(Oh that’s right…we signed up to be an exploration team. We can’t afford to be late.)” our Young Hero thought.
“You too BETTER get over here. Guild master Wigglytuff has a very bad temper and you rookies BETTER not pin it all on me. Just thinking of it gives me shivers, SO GET UP NOW!!!” with that Loudred left impatiently.

The Hero and it’s Partner ran out of their room and looked that everyone was standing in an…orderly position. Almost as if they were in an formation. Meanwhile, they formed up in this seid, formation, and the Guild master’s assistant had arrived; Chatot.

“Now everyone! Be quiet and listen to the Guild master’s words of wisdom!” With that said, Wigglytuff came out of its room, though…it wasn’t exactly what Chatot and the rest suspected he’d say. Because you know what? He didn’t say anything!

“Guild master Wigglytuff has spoken! Admire his words greatly! Now, let’s show some cheer for the Wigglytuff’s Guild!” Chatot said.
They cheered these very words:

“One! Don’t shirk work!
Two! Runaway and pay!
Three! Smiles go for miles!”

The day had only started, and it was about time for our Young Hero and it’s Partner to finally get assigned to their first job!

“Now you two! It is time for you to get assigned to your first Mission!” Chatot said singing happily.
“Oh, Okay. We better get going then (Insert Name Here__________)!”

Our Young Hero and it’s Partner followed Chatot upward of the Guild. They then came across the Job Listings Board!

“Now you two, I have a Mission for you to complete. And I hope you’re up for it.” With that Chatot set down the flyer of the Mission, it was listed by a Spoink! Saying,
“Somebody please help! I’ve lost my precious Pearl! I’m not strong enough to get it on my own! Won’t somebody please help me?”
“We’re only supposed to fetch an item that someone dropped?” The Partner implied.
“Hush!”
“Y-Y-Yikes!”
“You will do as you are assigned… Now, is that clear?” Chatot said with a calm expression.
“Yup, we’ll do it right (Insert Name Here__________)?”

Our Young Hero and it’s Partner left the Guild to go to “Drenched Bluff” in order to recover Spoink’s Pearl. But what mystery’s do they find? You’ll find out.

This Dungeon is only a little bit hard then the Beach Cave. There is 1 extra enemy in the Drenched Bluff, and they are a bit more leveled. But not to worry, you by now should be around 6/7 so you should be able to take them on with ease. But hurry hurry! These Dungeon’s only get harder! And did you notice your “Belly Meter” in the main menu? If that drops to 0%, you’ll faint. But to stop that from happening; go to the nearest staircases and look for Apple’s to eat. You should come across several Seed’s and Oran Berry’s too.

You’ve reached the end of the Dungeon. All that’s left is a Pearl. You retrieve the Pearl and head out of their. And you are back at the Guild, but Spoink is waiting for you.
“Thank you so much for getting back my Pearl! I used to have to put several rocks on my heard and sand, but those horrible days are over!”

You are then awarded…3000 (P)!
and…
A White Gummy!

“Wow! All of this is for us? (Insert Name Here__________)! We’re instantly rich! Do we really deserve all of this?” your Partner said,
“Of course, this Pearl is priceless, take care now!” Spoink said walking away happily. They were in pure glee, but except for one tiny thing of business…

“Now then, give me your money!” Chatot said.
“W-what!? But…” your Partner said.
“Well of course, this is how the guild works. Since the Guild would need 2700 (P), you can have 300.” Chatot said walking away.
“Ohh…I know it was our reward but I would have thought we’d get a little more.” sighed your Partner.

“*Ching, ching* Come on everyone, dinner is ready!” Chimecho said to the lot of them.

And with that, our Young Hero, it’s Partner, and many others ate in the Mess Hall and were full. They then finally went to bed, but our Partner had a few more things to say before he had fallen asleep.

“I’m getting sleepy too. Maybe we can try to find your memory (Insert Name Here__________) tomorrow. But I know, we should just take it slow, remember it slowly.”

And that’s it for now. Who knows what they’ll wake up to. Another busy day? Probably. Well, that’s it and I hope you enjoyed this Chronicle.
